Its main building has been incorporated into Poland Middle School on College Street. The former medical school and law school is now a private residence also on College Street. Its dormitory is incorporated into the Poland Public Library on Main Street.
Poland Municipal ForestA 250 acre national wildlife preserve, Poland Municipal Forest, often referred to as "Poland Woods", lies at the end of College Lane in the center of the village. The original acreage was a gift to the village from Mrs. Henry Audobon Butler in 1935 with the stipulation that the forest be maintained as a natural wildlife preserve and bird sanctuary. Since that time, other donations and purchases have increased the Poland Municipal Forest to its present size. The woods have many foot trails throughout, enabling pedestrians, bikers, and equestrians to enjoy its year-round beauty.
